Welcome to Seedly Studio! This guide will help you get the most out of your AI-powered knowledge workspace. **Creating Your First Content** Use the sidebar or the '+' button to create: • Sparks – Rich-text documents for structured writing • Whiteboards – Infinite canvases for visual thinking • Folders – Organizational units to keep your workspace tidy **Navigation Basics** • The sidebar on the left shows all your content organized in folders • Click any item to open it in the main editor • Use the search bar to quickly find content across your workspace • Toggle the Spark Room panel for AI assistance **Keyboard Shortcuts** • Ctrl/Cmd + N – Create new Spark • Ctrl/Cmd + K – Quick search • Ctrl/Cmd + S – Save current document • Ctrl/Cmd + / – Toggle Spark Room

Sparks are the primary way to capture written thoughts. Powered by a block-based editor, they offer a powerful yet intuitive writing experience. **Block-Based Editing** Every paragraph, heading, image, or code block is a 'block' that can be easily rearranged by dragging. This makes it simple to restructure your thoughts as they evolve. **Rich Formatting** • Bold, Italic, Underline, Strikethrough • Headers (H1, H2, H3) • Bullet and numbered lists • Code blocks with syntax highlighting • Links and inline code • Block quotes and callouts **Slash Commands** Type '/' anywhere in the editor to see a list of available blocks and actions. This is the fastest way to add new content types without touching your mouse. **Real-Time Collaboration** When you share a Spark with edit permissions, collaborators can work alongside you in real-time. You'll see their cursors and changes as they happen. **Tags & Organization** Add tags to your Sparks for easy filtering and discovery. Tags appear as colored chips below the title.

For ideas that are too big, too messy, or too visual for a linear document, use Whiteboards. **Infinite Canvas** Never run out of space for your diagrams, sketches, and mind maps. Pan and zoom freely across an unlimited workspace. **Drawing Tools** • Shapes: Rectangles, ellipses, diamonds, arrows, lines • Freehand drawing with customizable stroke width • Text labels and sticky notes • Connectors and arrows to show relationships • Color picker for any element **Excalidraw Integration** Whiteboards are powered by Excalidraw, an industry-standard open-source drawing tool. Your diagrams have a hand-drawn, sketch-like appearance that's perfect for brainstorming. **Export Options** • PNG – For sharing in presentations or documents • SVG – For scalable vector graphics • Copy to clipboard – For quick pasting elsewhere **Collaboration** Like Sparks, Whiteboards support real-time collaboration. See other users' cursors as they draw and edit, making it perfect for remote brainstorming sessions.

The Spark Room is where your ideas meet intelligent agents designed to help you think deeper. It's your private space for AI-assisted thinking and writing. **AI Personas** Each persona has a unique thinking style: • The Dialectician – A philosophical partner who uses Socratic dialogue to help you explore the underlying assumptions of your ideas. Ask questions like 'Why do I believe this?' • The Critic – A sharp-eyed reviewer who identifies gaps in your logic and suggests constructive improvements. Perfect for refining arguments and finding weak points. **Context-Aware Assistance** The AI can 'read' your currently active Spark or Whiteboard to provide relevant, contextual feedback. No need to copy-paste content – just ask your question and the AI understands what you're working on. **How to Use** 1. Open the Spark Room panel from the sidebar or toolbar 2. Select which persona(s) you want to activate 3. Type your question or request 4. The AI will respond with insights based on your current document **@Mentions** Use @Dialectician or @Critic to direct your message to a specific persona. Without a mention, all active personas will respond. **Note**: AI features require an account and may have usage limits depending on your plan.

Keep your growing knowledge base organized with our hierarchical folder system. **Folders** Folders work just like folders on your computer. Create nested hierarchies to organize projects, topics, or any structure that makes sense to you. **Drag and Drop** Easily move Sparks, Whiteboards, and even folders into other folders. Just drag an item in the sidebar and drop it where you want it. **Features** • Unlimited nesting depth • Collapse/expand folders to reduce visual clutter • Rename folders by double-clicking • Delete folders (contents are moved to root, not deleted) **Breadcrumbs** When viewing an item nested in folders, breadcrumbs appear at the top of the editor showing the path. Click any breadcrumb to navigate up the hierarchy. **Tips for Organization** • Use folders for projects or major topics • Use tags for cross-cutting themes • Keep your most-used items at the root level for quick access

Seedly Studio is built to work wherever you are, even without an internet connection. **Offline-First Design** All your data is saved locally first. You can keep writing and drawing even if you lose your connection – your work is never lost. **How Sync Works** 1. Every change is immediately saved to local storage 2. When online, changes sync automatically to the cloud 3. When you reconnect after being offline, pending changes are uploaded 4. Changes from other devices are pulled down automatically **Sync Status Indicators** • Green cloud – Fully synced • Yellow cloud – Syncing in progress • Red cloud – Connection error (changes saved locally) • Gray cloud – Offline mode **Conflict Resolution** If the same document is edited on multiple devices while offline, the system uses intelligent merging for real-time collaborative content (Y.js). For other data, the most recent change wins. **Data Privacy Options** In Settings, you can choose whether to clear local data when you sign out. Enable this on shared devices for enhanced security.

Collaborate with others by sharing your Sparks and Whiteboards. **Generating Share Links** 1. Open the document you want to share 2. Click the 'Share' button in the header 3. Click 'Create Link' to generate a unique URL 4. Choose permission level: 'Can view' or 'Can edit' 5. Copy the link and send it to collaborators **Permission Levels** • View Only – Recipients can read but not modify • Can Edit – Recipients can make changes in real-time **Real-Time Collaboration** When multiple people open the same shared document with edit permissions: • See other users' cursors in real-time • Changes appear instantly for all collaborators • User names and colors identify each participant • Works for both Sparks (text) and Whiteboards (drawings) **Guest Access** Even users without a Seedly Studio account can view and edit shared content (depending on permissions). They'll appear as 'Guest' in the collaborator list. **Managing Shares** Return to the Share dialog to: • Revoke access at any time • Change permission levels • Delete the share link entirely

Tailor Seedly Studio to your preferences. **Language** Seedly Studio is available in: • English • Portuguese (Brazil) • Spanish • French • German • Japanese Change language in Settings. The entire interface will update immediately. **Theme** • Light Mode – Clean, bright interface • Dark Mode – Easier on the eyes in low light • System – Automatically follows your device's setting **Profile Management** • Update your display name and avatar • Change your email address (requires verification) • Update your password **Data Control** • Export your data – Download all your Sparks, Whiteboards, and folders • Clear local data – Remove cached content from this device • Delete account data – Permanently remove all your content (account remains) **Sign-Out Preferences** Choose whether to keep or clear local data when signing out. Enable 'Clear on sign-out' for enhanced privacy on shared devices.
